Youth Coaching

Coaching is critical to both the development and enjoyment for our young soccer players. Being a soccer coach does NOT require soccer experience. Please consider becoming a coach. 

Coaches are required to complete:

• Respect in Sport course (free online course)
• Child Abuse Check
• Criminal Record Check

Optional:

• Coaching training course

All fees associated with these requirements are fully reimbursed. Existing active checks are sufficient. 

Game Day:

• Gamesheet - please print one out and bring it to all games. Referees should have one but in case they don't bring one or in case a referee doesn't show up to a game please have one on hand.

 **KEEP IN MIND ALL THAT ALL OF OUR TEAMS ARE LEAD BY PARENT VOLUNTEER COACHES. IN ORDER TO HOST THE TEAMS IN SOUTH WINNIPEG AND KEEP OUR PLAYERS FROM BEING TRANSFERRED OUT - COACHES MUST STEP UP AND OFFER TO LEAD A TEAM.**
